The Studio

I am Meg, a licensed and insured Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. I specialize in permanent makeup, correction and removal services. My passion is helping others discover their most confident self! I am always pushing my own creative boundaries by exploring new methods and techniques to bring my “A” game to my clients!

I am proudly part of my Husband’s tattoo studio, Purgatory Tattoos. We also offer lash extensions, full body waxing and Procell skin therapies.

A method of tattooing using a machine. When properly applied, eyebrows will heal with a soft powdery look.

Areola restoration tattooing, also called 3D nipple tattooing, uses permanent makeup techniques to create the appearance of an areola and nipple on a breast that has undergone reconstruction.

Eyeliner

is a tattoo where pigment is tattooed on the eyelid in a likeness of eyeliner. This style is very client style specific. Solid eyeliner heals with a more drawn on look.

Lash Enhancement

is a method tattoo where pigment is inserted in and around the lash line. This style of eyeliner heals with a smokier softer look.

is a method of tattooing where pigment is tattooed softly into the natural shape of your lips, giving a soft , tinted, boost in color.

is a tattoo where pigment is tattooed on the entire lip in a likeness of lipstick. This style is very client style specific.

FAQ’s

May I wear contact lens during Eyeliner procedures?2023-10-18T14:44:41-05:00

For all Eyeliner procedures, if you wear contacts, please wear glasses the day of your appointment.

How do I prepare my body for Permanent Makeup/Tattooing?2023-10-18T14:47:44-05:00

Avoid sun and tanning on your face 2 weeks prior to appointment. Discontinue Retin-A, Chemical and Laser Peels, microdermabrasions, Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), and any chemical exfoliant or “brightening” skincare at least 6 weeks prior (Once your brows have healed, you should these products on brow area to prevent premature fading).

Is there a precaution about lash extensions when I come for Eyeliner procedures?2023-10-18T14:46:23-05:00

For all Eyeliner procedures, lash extensions MUST BE REMOVED. If you have lash on at the time of the appointment, you will be rescheduled.

What are body preparations/pre-requisites for Permanent Makeup?2023-10-18T14:44:08-05:00

No brow waxing, tinting, or threading 2 weeks prior, the more natural hair growth you have, the better.

Are there any precautions particularly for LIP tattoo clients?2023-10-18T14:48:42-05:00

For Lip Tattoo clients, if you are prone to cold sores, a prescription of Valtrex is highly recommended. Please contact our office if this pertains to you.

What are the recommended precautions for people with watery eyes?2023-10-18T14:45:16-05:00

If you have watery eyes, an allergy medication prior to your session may help reduce the production of tears while tattooing.

Is there a precaution/pre-requisite when it comes to eating or drinking?2023-10-18T14:47:11-05:00

Avoid alcohol or caffeine 24-48 hours before any tattoo procedure. No Aspirin, , Vitamin E, Fish Oil Advil/Ibuprofen or Omega supplements 48 hours before procedure.

Can I get Permanent Makeup/Tattoo on Botox-treated or filled body parts?2023-10-18T14:48:09-05:00

Botox and Fillers on the forehead, temple, and eye area should be avoided 6 weeks prior to appointment.

Can I go for Permanent Makeup/Tattoo if I have any chronic (ongoing) medical condition?2023-10-18T14:31:29-05:00

If you are being seen by a physician for any chronic (ongoing) medical condition, a doctor’s approval may be required. Please reach out if this pertains to you.

Can I come for Permanent Makeup/Tattooing during my menstrual cycle?2023-10-18T14:45:49-05:00

Yes, you can but please be aware you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
