I am proudly the Co-Owner of Purgatory Tattoos and Ink’d & Classi alongside my amazing husband Chris Melchert. This is our studio’s 23rd year in business. For the last 20+ years I have managed our studios daily operations. From licensing, supply needs, health department requirements to customer relations and scheduling.
In 2016 I began my apprenticeship and became a licensed tattooist in 2018. I am proudly a licensed and insured tattooist specializing in Permanent Makeup, Paramedical Tattooing, Correction work, Areolas and lightening services. I am always pushing my own creative boundaries by exploring new modalities and techniques to bring to our clients. All while running our business with laser focus on customer experience, safety of staff and clientele, creativity and organization.

Growing up in a small town in Arizona along the Colorado River launched my passion for nature and sparked my creativity in photography, painting, drawing & catapulted me into my passion for tattooing.
My first experience in the cosmetic tattooing industry was with my first apprenticeship at Lets Face it. It really only equipped me with the basic fundamentals and me left searching for more.
Under my apprenticeship with Meg Melchert at Ink’d and Classi it really started to sculpt me into a confident cosmetic tattoo artist. There was so much I gained out of being in a tattoo shop. After a year with Meg and the other talented artist at Purgatory Tattoos I was a fully licensed tattooist and now with the confidence to take on a piercing apprenticeship and quickly adding more services such as scar relaxation, tattooed eyeliner, fine line hair strokes, Botched pigment lightening, as well as areola restoration. Under the mentorship of Meg and Chris Melchert I have been able to develop who I am as a cosmetic tattooist. My mission as an artist is not to change your features but compliment what makes you uniquely you. My passion as a cosmetic/paramedical tattooist is aiding in the emotional and challenging life changes as well as restoring confidence. Seeing the difference in education has shifted my focus to making sure that every woman who gets a cosmetic tattoo is under the care of a capable tattooist.
